"I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near; A Star shall come out of Jacob; A Scepter shall rise out of Israel, And batter the brow of Moab, And destroy all the sons of tumult. And Edom shall be a possession; Seir also, his enemies, shall be a possession, While Israel does valiantly. Out of Jacob One shall have dominion, And destroy the remains of the city."I think some of this has to do with Christ's second return, but I find it interesting, (once again), the names given to Jesus. He is referred to as a Star and as a Scepter, and I believe that each name denotes one of Christ's times here on earth. The first time He came as a Star, to bring light to a darkened world.
But He will come again, and when He does, it will be as a ruler.
